1. Digital product
BillMint is a digital software tool. No physical goods are delivered. Access is provided online in line with your plan.
2. Paid plans
If you purchase a paid plan when billing is available, the fee covers access to Pro features for the subscription period described at checkout.
3. Refund window
If you subscribe to a paid plan and the charge does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment date, subject to fair use and verification of your purchase.
4. How to request a refund
Email us using the contact form with the email address used for the purchase and the date of the charge. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.
5. After the refund period
Outside the 7-day window, subscriptions generally renew as shown at purchase until you cancel according to the terms presented at checkout.
6. Free tier
The Free plan does not require payment; refund requests do not apply to unpaid use.
